Orders placed on CandlePerfection.com will be shipped within 24 hours.
Once your order has been placed on CandlePerfection.com, we regret that we are unable to make changes to it or combine it with any other orders.


Shipping
If you would like CandlePerfection delivered to your P.O. box, please note that you will assume responsibility for their safe delivery.
Customs, duty, and import fees may apply to international orders. International shipping costs are calculated based on the following: shipping method, destination of package, weight of package and retail price.


Exchanges
We are happy to exchange any purchase from CandlePerfection within 30 days of the order date. If you purchased

We regret that we do not offer refunds, however we are always here to help you exchange your purchase for other Candle Perfection jewels.
Please note, orders of sale merchandise are final and cannot be cancelled or exchanged. Any items exchanged must be in perfect condition.
Exchanges will be subject to shipping charges. If you would like to exchange an item(s) purchased from CandlePerfection.com for different merchandise, please email info@CandlePerfection.com. If approved, you will receive an email with a Return Authorization number and detailed instructions stating how to return your item(s) to Candle Perfection. Please allow up to 5 business days to process your exchange.
Do not return items until you have received a Return Authorization number. Any and all merchandise returned to Candle Perfection without authorization will be returned to sender upon receipt.
